Navajo Preparatory High School
This project was a dream come true. For years I have been aware of the dire need for access to fresh healthy produce in areas of the Southwestern part of our country, and especially among the Native American population. The summer of 2018, Towers For Change was able to donate four Towers to Navajo Preparatory High School in Farmington, New Mexico. In this photo, October 2018 they are just getting started. Former Head of School and also Indian Educator of the year in 2018, Betty Ojaye (front row far right) is the CHAMPION of this project. By spring of 2019, Betty sent me photos of one of the Seniors, Parker Jones, who used the Towers for his Senior project! Donations made here will go to bringing Towers to the other 48 schools in the Navajo nation!
